Session 1: 5:00pm to 6:00pm
Session 2: 6:00pm to 7:00pm

3: 7:00pm to 8:00pm
Session 4: 8:00pm to 9:00pm
Players will choose 2 sessions a week to participate in the strength and conditioning program in
addition to 2 practices a week.
