1. Go to Advance Events Systems Website https://www.advancedeventsystems.com/Default.aspx

2. Click on Menu Bar "Update Room"

3. Enter email address of person who set reservation up

4. Enter Reservation Number

5. Reserve your room by clicking on empty room and enter your information below
